This document reflects the latest terms and conditions of dbdok

1. Introduction and Applicability

dbdok ("Platform", "we", "our") is an online gaming and sports betting service provider. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the dbdok website, application, and all associated services. By accessing the platform or creating an account, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms and conditions, please refrain from using the dbdok service. These Terms may change from time to time; continuing to use the platform after any changes are made will be considered as acceptance of the updated Terms.

Important: dbdok is for persons aged 21 (twenty-one) years or older only. No account will be operated without age verification, and use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited.

2. Account Registration and Management

To use services on dbdok, you must create a valid personal account. All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

One person may operate one account only
The account is for personal use only, not on behalf of others

2.2 Account Security

Keeping the password confidential is the user's responsibility
Any suspicious activity must be reported to support immediately
Transferring or selling the account to a third party is prohibited
dbdok is not responsible for unauthorized access to an account

dbdok reserves the right to verify any account at any time, for any reason. If verification is requested and the required documents are not provided within the specified time, the account may be temporarily suspended.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Policy

dbdok provides deposit and withdrawal facilities through the most widely used mobile banking and bank transfer methods in Bangladesh. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

3.1 Deposit Rules

Once a deposit is completed, it is added to the account. In the case of a failed transaction, funds will be returned in accordance with the payment provider's rules. Multiple failed transactions within a specific time period may trigger the account verification process.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

The account must be fully verified before a withdrawal request can be made. The withdrawal amount will be returned via the deposit method used. dbdok reserves the right to hold withdrawals in cases of suspicious activity.

4. Bonus and Promotion Terms

dbdok runs various bonus and promotional offers for its members. Each bonus has its own terms, and bonus funds will not be withdrawable unless those terms are met.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times (bonus amount × 25). The bonus balance cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is fulfilled.

4.2 General Bonus Terms

A bonus applies to one account once only, unless otherwise stated.
Claiming bonuses from multiple accounts will result in all accounts being cancelled.
Bonus offers must be used within a specified time limit; they will be cancelled automatically upon expiry.
dbdok reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel bonus offers at any time.
If fraud is suspected, the bonus and any associated winnings may be cancelled.

4.3 VIP Program

The dbdok VIP program has four tiers: Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback; Silver — up to 0.5% weekly cashback; Gold — up to 0.8% weekly cashback; Platinum — up to 1.0% weekly cashback. Advancement to a higher tier is determined based on the player's activity and pattern of platform use. Cashback is provided at regular intervals each week.

5. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

dbdok works in partnership with trusted game providers, and all games are operated in a fair and transparent manner. We follow SSL encryption and fair play principles.

5.1 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum betting limits are set for each game and bet type. These limits are clearly displayed on the platform, and dbdok may change them without notice.

5.2 Cancellations and Errors

dbdok reserves the right to cancel bets placed due to technical errors or system failures. In cases where incorrect odds are displayed, bets will be recalculated at the correct odds or the stake will be refunded.

5.3 Unfair Advantage

Using software, bots, scripts, or any other automation tools to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be closed and all winnings will be cancelled.

Fair Play Commitment: dbdok ensures that all games are operated using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which guarantees the fairness and unpredictability of outcomes. Each game result is completely independent and is not influenced by previous results.

6. Prohibited Activities

Any of the activities described below are strictly prohibited on dbdok. Violation of these rules may result in account closure and legal action.

6.1 Fraudulent Activities

Opening an account with false information
Bonus abuse or creating multiple accounts
Using stolen bank or payment details
Conducting transactions using another person's identity

6.2 Technical Violations

Using bots or automated software
Attempting to exploit system vulnerabilities
Cyber attacks or hacking of the platform
Introducing harmful code or malware

7. Personal Data and Privacy

dbdok places the highest importance on protecting users' personal data. We collect only the information necessary to operate the service and do not share it with third parties beyond what is set out in our privacy policy.

8. Responsible Gaming

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the dbdok website — logos, trademarks, designs, graphics, software, text, game interfaces, and all associated elements — is owned by dbdok or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Reproducing, distributing, or publishing any content without the written permission of dbdok is prohibited.
Reverse engineering any part of the platform or attempting to extract source code is prohibited.
Printing pages for personal, non-commercial purposes is permitted.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, dbdok and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for the losses described below:

10.1 Disclaimed Liability

Losses caused by technical failures, server downtime, or internet connection failures
Losses caused by the actions or failures of third parties
Losses arising from the user's own negligence or breach of rules
Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses

dbdok's total liability shall in no case exceed the amount deposited by that user in the 30 days prior to the relevant incident.

11. Amendment and Termination of Terms

11.1 Right to Amend

dbdok reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, members will be notified by email or via a notice on the platform. Continuing to use the platform after any changes are made will be considered as acceptance of the new terms.

11.2 Account Closure

dbdok reserves the right to close or suspend any account for any reason, in particular for breach of these Terms. Any valid balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned to the user after account closure, unless evidence of fraud or rule violations is found.

12. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms and conditions are governed by applicable international law. Any dispute between dbdok and a user will first be addressed through negotiation.

Dispute Resolution Process: To raise a dispute, first send the details in writing to [email protected]. Our team will endeavour to respond within 48 hours. If the matter cannot be resolved through negotiation, it will be settled through a mutually agreed mediator.
